Project Overview

Project Overview

The project is located in Penang, Malaysia. The client is a manufacturing enterprise with ample rooftop resources and stable daytime production loads. The goal is to lower electricity costs through PV self-consumption and add modular storage for peak-valley management and outage backup. We sized the system against the client's tariff structure and load curve and planned a phased implementation path.

Scope of Supply

Scope of Supply & Implementation

  • Complete supply of rooftop PV modules and clamp-type metal-roof mounting systems.
  • String inverters and grid metering / distribution retrofit interface equipment.
  • Modular outdoor storage cabinets with integrated BMS, PCS and fire protection.
  • EMS energy management system and remote monitoring platform configuration.
  • Grid-retrofit boundary notes, construction zoning recommendations and O&M handover documents.
Project Highlights

Project Highlights

  • PV self-consumption plus storage peak shaving significantly reduces electricity costs.
  • Modular storage cabinets allow phased expansion matched to the client's investment rhythm.
  • Drill-free clamp installation preserves roof waterproofing and structure.
  • EMS optimizes charge/discharge strategy against the load curve while retaining backup capability.
